Climate in Colorado

Denver, Colorado

Denver. Unlike most cities in our list, Denver shows more heat increases in the spring and summer, with some cooling in the late fall. The change in the low and high temperatures are staying rather close together.

The most severe heat increase in Denver is occurring in March. Both low and high temperatures are rising faster than 1'F per decade. The purple and green lines on help show the change. Before 1965 most of the March temperatures remain below the marker lines. After 1990 most of the temperatures remain above the marker lines.

In October, temperatures in Denver, just like in other cities, are dropping.
